If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We will exchange the defective product within 30 days from original order date. Once the 30 days have passed, then you must contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement, no exceptions. If the item does not work to your expectations, you may return it for a refund but there are no refunds on the original shipping or return shipping.   • We will gladly ship an exchange at our expense for defective merchandise but if a refund is requested, only the product will be refunded. Original shipping cost is not refundable. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 15% restocking charge as well as a shipping & handling charge for replacement shipment.
  • During certain circumstances, will send out replacements for defective items or mis-shipped items before the original has been returned back to us. Please note that reserves the right to charge you for the defective or mis-shipped items if they are not returned back to us within 3 weeks after the replacement was sent.
